Alocasia Safari Series

Cultural Recommendations… Our Alocasia perform well when grown under saran and/or hard top structures.

Media: Light, well drained media. pH to 6.2.

Light: 50% to 70% shade. Plants grown under high light levels are generally more compact and fuller.

Fertilizer: Liquid feed @ 150-200ppm N 2X/week using 17-5-17 or 20-10-20. For dry application use 14-14-14.

Temperature: > 65°F. Avoid temperature extremes. Will tolerate short periods of temperatures below 50°F without going dormant or dropping leaves.

Water: After planting liners, water plants in well then keep media moist. Avoid media saturation.
